Sharon heads up client engagements in EMEA and APAC and has extensive experience working cross-culturally to deliver change and organizational development engagements. She has worked in sectors including Tech, Financial Services, Consulting, Executive Recruitment, Construction, Healthcare, OEM and Legal. 

Sharon has worked internally in General Management, Operations and People Management, and International Recruitment. She has also worked as an Interpreter/Translator in German and French Businesses, and in International Sales, Sales Management and Consulting roles.
