Co-founder and Managing Partner of Global Reach Leadership LLC (GRL), David has led enterprise change projects, delivered training and coached executives from disruptive startups to global corporations across a range of sectors including Supply Chain, Retail, Technology, Real Estate, Financial Services, Pharma/Biotech, Consulting, Government and Nonprofits. He helps leaders define and execute strategy, develop high-performing teams, and deliver innovative solutions.
Prior to GRL, David was responsible for Talent and Organizational Effectiveness at McKesson, where he co-led enterprise transformation, organization redesign and performance and process improvement efforts. David has designed & deployed change leadership, talent management and diversity programs; led major M&A integrations; and coached company senior management. Additionally, David has assessed and developed hundreds of top leaders and high potential employees, establishing a globally diverse leadership bench and grooming functional and business leaders for C-level and other top management roles. Previously, he was on the International Consulting Team at Towers Watson (now Willis Towers Watson) and held leadership positions at Franklin Templeton and The California Academy of Sciences.
Education
David has planned and led mission-critical projects and programs throughout North America, Asia-Pacific and Europe in partnership with Project Mentors and IPS/Stanford Advanced Project Management. He earned his Masters in I/O Psychology and has a doctorate in Organization & Leadership from the University of San Francisco. David recently served as a Mayor's executive fellow and senior advisor to San Francisco International Airport, helping them finalize their 5-year strategic goals and human capital plan.
