Andrew is an accomplished coach and developer of leaders in world-class organizations. He led Global Leadership Development for Tesla, building a strategy to ensure the company has great managers, fosters a high performance culture, and builds a robust pipeline of leadership talent to support the continued growth and success of the organization.
Prior to Tesla, Andrew was Vice President of Talent Management for McKesson, #11 on the Fortune 500 list with ~80K employees worldwide and ~$200B in annual revenue. He managed leadership development; performance management; the balanced scorecard; and talent review/succession planning for all layers of management. He and his team created and rolled out McKesson’s leadership framework, designed and delivered talent programs, and managed the annual employee experience survey to foster an engaged, aligned, and high-performing culture.
Andrew received an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Philosophy from University of California, Berkeley.
