Carla regards the whole person while working with clients, taking into consideration not only their professional experiences, but also how they navigate the world on an everyday basis—physically, socially and emotionally. Her goal is to help clients develop new capacities and strategies to resolve personal and occupational challenges in a way that's fresh, inspiring and lasting.
She brings more than 20 years of business and entrepreneurial experience to her coaching practice. For 18 years, she worked as an executive recruiter with Fortune 500 Companies and start-ups. As serial entrepreneur, she has launched several startups in a variety of industries, including BrandHabit, a Silicon Valley angel-invested fashion internet directory, and founded the executive recruiting company Go Fish!, where she hired and managed a staff of recruiters, with clients ranging from early-stage startups to established corporations.
