Amii is an experienced leader, executive coach and consultant who's led teams and change for more than 20 years. She specializes in accelerating the success of C-suite executives and partnering with leaders and teams to help scale their business. As an executive coach, she helps individuals improve their leadership, enjoy successful careers and pursue meaningful lives. She specializes in working with clients to develop the strategy, infrastructure and skills to effectively manage the challenges and obstacles they encounter. Recent clients have included Adobe, Gilead Sciences, River City Bank, The Gap, McKesson, The Nature Conservancy, and LeaderSpring.

Prior to becoming an executive coach, Amii served in multiple executive and advisory roles shaping company culture and strategic initiatives at Fortune 100 companies in the healthcare, financial services, technology, creative arts and non-profit sectors.

Amii earned her law degree with honors from Georgetown University Law Center and her Bachelor of Arts in English with honors from Tufts University.  She is a certified executive coach by the International Coach Federation and Hudson Institute of Coaching, and a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching, McLean Hospital – Harvard Medical School. She is certified and skilled at using numerous leadership assessments.
